In My Opinion the best actor has to be Al Pachino,the man may shout some times for effect in his films but when he is focused he absorbs you into the film,that is the point of actors and he does it with such style that he has to be top dawg!!
Best actress is quite a hard question to answer.I'm gonna go with Cate Blanchett on this one,defo one of the best method actor full stop!!ranging from roles like veronica guerin to the lord of the rings Ive never doubted her performance in any film!
